The most creative plant-based festival in the country has returned to Miami for the fourth year in a row with an impressive line up of hundreds of vegan chefs, business owners, celebrities, and health-conscious personalities.
Here are some photos from last year courtesy of Seed, Food, and Wine.
The five day long event kicked-off with Food Forward on Wednesday November 1, 2017 at Miami-Dade College, with guest speakers like the very popular Mariana Cortez, the founder of vegan bakery Bunnie Cakes, who just landed a contract with Starbucks to sell her delectable cruelty-free, handmade heart-garnished cupcakes at select coffee shops in Miami.
The Seed Summit will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 2 and 3. Other events include a vegan burger battle, and with Love Life Cafe, last year’s winner, teaming up with Julie Piatt, guests will be in for a mouth-full of surprises.
There’s also a Conscious fashion show scheduled, a 5K run in the works, and a celebrity Best of the Best Dinner planned. The festival Tasting Village is on Saturday.
