Not sure about what to get your girlfriend, or boyfriend for that matter this holiday season, or what about your art-loving kid or bff. How about something cool and unique like a book of poetry? The new poetry collection from local Cuban-American writer Ava Graves titled Heartbreaker FM is a fun, witty, and controversial book of short poems that make one think and feel on a deeper level.

Creative, heartfelt and often heartbreaking, the poems express the writer’s own struggles in love and life. Check out a sample from the book with one of my personal favorites “Factory Girl Blues,” especially fitting right after Art Basel.

The title is now available for purchase on Amazon, just follow the link to Heartbreaker FM to grab a copy.
And if you missed it, check out our interview with the poet from earlier this year.
