The preview party at Pink Taco last Friday was one fun ride. The iconic and playful Mexican restaurant, held the grand opening of its newest restaurant in Miami Beach on Ocean Drive last Friday January 10, 2020. To celebrate the opening, Pink Taco hosted an invite-only ribbon-cutting ceremony and VIP Preview Party featuring a celebrity guest appearance by Snoop Dogg.
He performed a live set as DJ SNOOPADELIC to enthusiastic fans. Guests had the opportunity to exclusively experience the new restaurant, enjoy complimentary bites and try their delicious drinks.
Miami Beach Vice Mayor David Richardson, City of Miami Beach dignitaries, representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and others joined CEO Randy Sharpe for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony earlier on Friday.
“We’re thrilled to bring our rock star hotspot to the internationally-famous Ocean Drive in South Beach,” Randy Sharpe, chief executive officer of Pink Taco. “With our delicious Mexican-style food and drinks, we are pleased to be an icon on the exciting Miami Beach scene.”

Pink Taco opened to the public on Tuesday, Jan. 14. They have a delicious and eclectic food and drink menu including vegan options.
